when i sleep?!
this conversation happened a minute ago. i was tinkering away on me puter inside me room with the door wide open, bro is in the living room a few feet away. he shouts to me :
"che, (sis) later when you sleep you support new castle ah"
i struggled to understand what i just heard, so tentatively i asked
"HUH?!?!"
brother, in a slightly annoyed tone, replied
"support new castle bah"
reeling from the absurdity of what i thought i heard, i reconfirmed by asking
"HUH?!?!"
brother : "ish, i say, later when you sleep support new castle ya"
me : "you ask me to support new castle when i go to sleep?!?!"
he hollers back nonchalantly "ya"
and i'm still going "HUH?!?!?!"
i don't understandddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd, someone help me understand my brotherrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Ok there is two ways of looking at this. Either he thinks, if you support Newcastle in your sleep, they might lose. Or he needs an extra person to support Newcastle and wants Arsenal to lose. Both Arsenal and Newcastle are English Premier League football teams. And they are playing against each other today. If Arsenal were to lose, it will be good news to both Manchester United and Chelsea.

he's ardent newcastle fan.
woke up this morning and he told me of their loss. ah well, there goes the supporting-in-sleep experiment
