super mario brothers theme on piano
check this pianist out!!!!!!!! his fingers are freakin fast, so fluid! so fluent! i never realised that super mario's music was so complex till i watched him play it!!! bleedin good. so close to the original! the transcription is so full!
ten minutes of video - watch every second of it please. you don't need to be a fan of mario brothers to be able to enjoy that clip.
he calls himself the "video game pianist", and has been playing from the age of 13 (i think he is 18 now). in his website he states that he plays by ear - mostly by listening to the midi in the game.
manuscripts provided too!
