live 8
music is powerful.
was watching bits and pieces of the concert - i keep getting goosebumps thinking about how so many musicians came together for the cause.
i want to write something about live 8, but words fail me.
go to their website. feel the spirit.

Totally unrelated to power of music, but Dido was soo gorgeous.
But it also makes you think, why are the poor, poor. Is it because they are poor, or is it because powers that-be prefers them to be poor and uneducated and their leaders corrupt so that their lands can get plundered.

madonna was great, coldplay was moving, bjork was weird and a lot of the younger performers were, unfortunately, not impressive
