8.30 - 9.00 am & 5.00 - 5.30pm are my warmup and wind-down times in the office.
to warm up - i check my webmails, office mails, reply personal ones, and go through my usual morning blogs before i start work.
wind down - i read some forums, check some news blogs and probably download a few video clips to entertain myself before leaving the office.
if my wind-down time is violated, sometimes i feel inclined to stay a little longer and destress. office is quieter, humming of machines louder, less eyes around. i can literally feel the stress roll off my skin and melt to the floor.
then i leave :)

my mind is all over the place like sloppy octopus tentacles. thrown off balance time and again by my habitual yearnings for him. it’s okay tho, habits can be unlearned, takes time is all (and a lot of patience).
lots of work in office to keep me occupied. got weekends filled up. got diablo’s ORIGINAL GAME to keep me occupied at night. a loving brother, unconditional love from parents, great friends who put up with my stinking behaviour, what else do i need?
